How Ants Work Together

Life in a Colony
Ants live in large groups called colonies. Different ants have different jobs, such as finding food, caring for young ants, or protecting the nest.

Following a Trail
When ants find food, they can leave a scent trail for other ants to follow. This helps the colony work together and carry food back efficiently.
