The Class Fish Tank
On a rainy Tuesday morning, Priya arrived at Lincoln Elementary to find the classroom fish, Bubbles, floating near the top of his tank without moving much. Priya worried that something was wrong with the water.
She told her teacher right away, and together they checked the tank's filter. The filter had stopped working overnight, and the water had gotten too warm for Bubbles.
Priya's teacher unplugged the broken filter and replaced it with a spare one from the supply closet. Within an hour, Bubbles was swimming happily again, and Priya felt proud that she had noticed the problem in time.
