Remember: Cause โ WHY | Effect โ
WHAT happened
CAUSE (Why?)
The library extended its weekend hours.
Wind blew sand across the beach path.
The teacher assigned a group project.
The puppy chewed through a shoelace.
The choir practiced extra hours before the concert.
EFFECT (What happened?)

Visitors had to brush sand off their shoes.
Students had to share ideas and compromise.
Dad had to buy new laces.
Their performance sounded polished and confident.

Yuki's science project needed a strong container for her egg drop challenge. She wrapped the egg in cotton balls and padded a small box with bubble wrap. When she dropped it from the roof during the test, the egg didn't crack at all. Her teacher was impressed with how carefully Yuki had planned her design. Yuki learned that good padding really can protect something fragile.
