1 Types of Endings
๐Ÿ Stories can end in different ways. Read each type!

๐Ÿ˜Š Happy Ending: The problem is solved and everyone is happy.

๐Ÿ˜ฎ Surprise Ending: Something unexpected happens at the end!

๐Ÿ’ญ Lesson Learned: The character learns an important lesson.

2 Write Different Endings

Story: Diego found a cracked pocket watch in a drawer at his cousin's house. He showed it to his cousin Layla. They noticed the watch's engraving matched a plaque near the old bridge, so they searched and found a small metal box wedged under a stoneโ€ฆ

3 Fix the Weak Ending
๐Ÿ’ช This story has a boring ending. Rewrite it to make it strong!
Ruth was nervous about her solo in the concert. She almost asked the teacher to give it to someone else. When it was finally her turn, her breath caught, but her friend Malik gave her a thumbs up from the audience. "Go for it," he mouthed. Then she walked offstage. The end.
