1 Meet the Vowel Teams
👫 When two vowels go walking, the first one does the talking! Read each word and circle the vowel team.

Rule: In a vowel team, two vowels are next to each other. The first vowel says its name (long sound), and the second vowel is silent.

Example: rain → the ai team makes the long A sound
